Day 6, Thursday 14 January 2010 is here and it started with an early get up! We had a tour arranged to visit the ruins in Costa Maya, Mexico. We had a choice of one of two ruins to attend, one smaller but closer to Costa Maya and the other larger but another hour from our ship. We picked the smaller ruins closer to shore and was one of the first group of people to discover the ruins. Our group consisted of nine people and we were able to travel in a passenger van instead of a bus, another plus. We were the second group of visitors which meant we could get some outstanding pictures without someone walking in front of the camera when the shutter opens. The ruins were smaller than others we have seen before; however, we did enjoy the peaceful tour without the crowds that started to enter as we were leaving. After the tour and waiting to get into our van, I saw there were eight buses already parked and those people were now entering the ruins. Perfect timing on our part.
Back at port Diane and I spent time looking at the shops of Costa Maya. They have the typical tourist shops with the over priced goods. Since Diane and I both retired from the airlines and are use to the shops in other countries, we just look and do not buy. After the port shop looking, back to the ship for some food. After we ate, Diane went top deck of the ship to get some great pictures while I decided to walk within the ship. During my walk, I saw Mike Hill and spent about 15 minutes talking with him about his new home, the Maverick Group and very little internet marketing conversation. He did ask me to share some pictures with him when I start my new flying job in New Mexico.
The afternoon consisted of another Master Mind Group Session from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. The session consisted of people sharing their tips, tactics, tools, software and websites they use to enhance, promote and propel their business. I was amazed of the number of websites available for an internet marketers to use for their own business. This session alone was worth more than the investment of the cruise. If you have never been on a marketers cruise, you owe it to yourself to be on our next cruise next year. Now is the time to start planning for your cruise with like minded people that have a wealth of knowledge and are willing to share with you what you want and need to have for your business. How many times have you heard people say “when I get around to it?” Do you feel they really meant what they were saying, or were they just saying that as a put-off, procrastination, excuse, blaming others on their situation? If they were pointing their finger at someone or something for the blame, they didn’t realize that they also had three of their fingers pointing back to themselves. Humm, they should be taking the blame and not blaming others.
I, and probably you, have heard people say many times that they will get something done, buy something or start something when they get around to it. How many times have you said that? Gotcha, didn’t I’? I’m sure sometime in your life you have said the same thing. Today is your lucky day! This could possibly be the key to your success. Since you have been missing this very important element in your life that held you back, you NOW can no longer use that for an excuse.
Below you will find what you have been wanting and asking for all your life. As you can see, it is round and the name of the item is “TUIT”; therefore, you NOW have your round “TUIT” so go out and do it! Sure you’re grinning now but this is a powerful tool. I have been is sales nearly all my life and I used the same verbiage to my potential customers as I used above with you. I had business cards in the round shape with the word “TUIT” on one side and my name, phone number, business name etc on the back of the “round business card.” Let that sink in for awhile.
What does this do for you? First of all, how many people have given you a round business card? How many people have given you a “TUIT?” Now think about this, how would you stand apart from all the others by giving people a round “TUIT” business card? That would be two unique things at one time. Or, thinking outside of the box. Does it really work? Not all the time but you would be amazed how many times it does work!
I did in-home, one-call sales calls and I closed many sales that night after the homeowners have given me all their excuses for not buying and then they would finally say they would purchase my product when they got a round to it. BINGO!! After they said that I would smile and respond with; GREAT Mr and Mrs Homeowner, I’m so glad you said that because less than 15 seconds ago you said you would buy as soon as you got around to it. Obviously, you have been searching and needing a round “TUIT” for a long time and today I have what you want and need. You said you would buy as soon as you got around “TUIT”, Mr and Mrs Homeowner, here is your round “TUIT” so go ahead and do it. After that statement, I would slide the paperwork in front of them and I would SHUT UP! Folks, I make a lot of sales behind my round “TUIT.”
So my question to you is this; are you going to do the internet marketing business when you get a round “TUIT?” Look below. There is your round “TUIT” and you no longer have an excuse so just DO IT!

This is a quick update to what I have been doing. I am in the process of writing another e-book. This one is about our arena of internet marketing. My last book was a how to book on installing landscape lighting and that book is about 80 pages. This is going to be a much lighter, humorous and shorter book than any how to book. I am about 1/3rd of the way completed and it appears the book will be about 15-20 pages in length. The subject is where I was early in life and my journey to where I am today with internet marketing. When I grew up, we didn’t have the internet or home computers. I grew up on a farm in Illinois, USA and one of our main commodities was the PIG. Yes, I hate to say it but I was a pig farmer. Please do not hold that against me. I hated the farm and everything about the farm. At the age of 3 I knew I was leaving the farm and I was going to be a fighter pilot and an airline pilot. Heck, I had goals back then and didn’t even know it. Our family tradition was to pass down the family farm from generation to generation. I was the only son so I was going to get screwed with getting the farm. I THINK NOT!!! So I always had friction with my parents because I was not keeping the tradition alive. I might as well been dead because I would have been in a rut and a rut is nothing more than a grave with both ends kicked out. The e-book begins with this premise and others along my life to where I am today.
So here is where you come in to play. I have 2 thoughts for a title. I want the title to be funny, intriguing, light, relating to the pig story and yet make a person take action and download their FREE e-book. I have two titles and I would like you to vote for your favorite title OR give my suggestions on a better title.
