Hello Everyone
I feel very fortunate getting happily involved within an industry that parallels my past. The internet marketing world is not only new to me, it is new to everyone and we have only begun. For many years I was involved in the transportations industry. I retired from a major airline and I transported cargo and people from one location to another location. To be more specific, I have been a pilot for years; I started flying at the age of 15 and I am still flying today. I guess one could say I am still in the transportation arena.
Today, I transport information from my computer to you. Here is a picture of me in my office at work at 41,000 feet in my past career. Today, I don’t have to wear an uniform and I work from home. Folks, it doesn’t get any better than this! As I reflect on the two arenas, flying and internet marketing, I realize they have similar characteristics. I needed an instructor, or mentor, to teach me to fly and today I am lucky enough to have two mentors to guide me through the process of becoming an internet marketer. To become successful, you need a system with steps, or checklists, to take you from the beginning to your destination. Oh, you need to know your destination to make sure you are on the right course to success.
My two mentors and their web addresses are: Alex Jefferys at www.MarketingWithYou.com and Dean Holland at www.DeanHolland.com. Take a look at their sites.
So, what is the answer to “CAN OLD DOGS LEARN NEW TRICKS?” Take a good look at my picture and YES I am learning new tricks!
Go out and make it a successful day!

Must have been an experience being a pilot all those years. I bet you’ve seen your share of interesting things!
I like the title to your post. I do believe “old dogs can learn new tricks”, it just takes the right person to teach them.

Hey Roger,
I thanks for coming over to my blog and leaving a comment.
If you can master flying an aeroplane, I’m sure you can master internet marketing. As Alex says, it’s simple, it’s just not easy.
I like the way you tie your old career in with your new one, and your slogan ‘flying into success’. Great stuff!
I’ll be following your progress, great to be on this journey with you.
Take care,
Paul.
