I have been using the twitter plugin for awhile now and from what I can tell it has made a difference. I am currently trying to integrate it with my new design though, not enough time atm but hope to get on with it this weekend. Great post by the way, something we all do and something I really want to stop doing, habit I guess :). Great idea with the TUIT business cards aswell, really makes a lasting impression.
